- REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events; middleware like Workato or Mulesoft.
- AI/Agentic experience: NLP/ML features within Salesforce.
- DevOps for Salesforce: CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Data modeling in large Salesforce environments; cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure).
