Serve as a technical lead for Salesforce configuration and automation
Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Own end-to-end technical delivery: design, build, test, deploy, maintain
Troubleshoot issues across quoting, contracting, and case management
Provide input into architecture and roadmap decisions
Collaborate on integrations with GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Eloqua)

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Advanced configuration skills (Flows, automation, data model)
Strong expertise in CPQ/Revenue Cloud and quoting processes
Familiarity with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Ability to mentor admins and lead technical delivery
A product mindset: systems thinking, process thinking, outcome thinking
