📋 Description

  • Lead GTM planning across territory, quotas, and capacity planning.
  • Partner with Sales to maintain territory structures and staffing models.
  • Ensure planning outputs are accurate, scalable, and implemented across systems.
  • Translate inputs into actionable outputs; support rollout of territory/quota plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align with financial targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales planning and territory/quota roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience with Varicent or similar sales planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams.
