📋 Description

  • Own and evolve Reddit’s global sales methodology, governance, and standards.
  • Translate methodology into practical frameworks and tools for discovery, qualification, and deal planning.
  • Design and run scalable, modular programs localized across regions and roles with toolkits.
  • Embed methodology across the seller lifecycle—from onboarding to SKO, coaching, and reviews.
  • Facilitate learning experiences; coach sales leaders and managers on the methodology.
  • Align and influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Ops, HR, Marketing, and regional leaders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales methodology, sales strategy/operations, management consulting, or sales leadership in ad tech or digital media.
  • Proven track record owning or leading the rollout of a sales methodology across a global or large-scale sales organization.
  • Strong experience influencing VP/SVP-level leaders and stakeholder management; navigate ambiguity and global perspectives to pragmatic solutions.
  • Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills for senior sellers and new hires.
  • Data-informed and outcomes-oriented; care about adoption and business impact, not just content delivery.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building programs, frameworks, and processes from the ground up.
  • You think in systems and playbooks and design for scale, reuse, and localization.
