- Strong experience influencing VP/SVP-level leaders and stakeholder management; navigate ambiguity and global perspectives to pragmatic solutions.
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills for senior sellers and new hires.
- Data-informed and outcomes-oriented; care about adoption and business impact, not just content delivery.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building programs, frameworks, and processes from the ground up.
- You think in systems and playbooks and design for scale, reuse, and localization.
