  • Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, certification, and coaching for EMEA AEs.
  • Partner with the EMEA Sales Directors and Revenue Ops to identify regional needs.
  • Create regional enablement plans with content creation and delivery as needed.
  • Welcome and support EMEA new hires during onboarding.
  • Coach AEs in sales and deal coaching; support Directors.
  • Communicate enablement initiatives regionally, aligning with global/regional efforts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related; MBA a plus.
  • 4+ years in software sales; leadership of a sales team a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognis, ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms; Seismic preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to gain buy-in.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC and sales methodologies.
