  • Lead EMEA Sales Enablement; design onboarding, certification, and coaching for EMEA AEs.
  • Partner with EMEA Sales Directors and Revenue Ops to identify development needs.
  • Scope regional enablement plans; create or deliver content.
  • Welcome and support EMEA new hires during onboarding; support Celonis AE onboarding.
  • Use data analytics to measure enablement impact and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate in Sales Enablement Governance to plan and execute enablement.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 4 years in software sales; leadership experience a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognis, Zoominfo.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms; Seismic preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to gain buy-in and alignment.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies; MEDDPICC experience.
