- Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within our Sales and GTM orgs, from initial sourcing to closing candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams for a full range of roles from Associate to Director
- Monitoring the health of your pipelines, using data to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with others on solving recruiting challenges
- Partnering closely with stakeholders from across the business and proactively keeping everyone in the loop of current role status; fielding questions about process, market conditions, roadblocks, progress, etc.
- Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and belonging
๐ฏ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end recruiting processes at all levels, with a strong focus on executive relationship building
- A deep understanding of the recruiting industry; youโre up to date on the latest market trends, recruiting tools and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills! You believe that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
- A metrics-driven mindset; you leverage data to understand the health of your pipelines and identify ways to improve hiring efficiencies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization. A few tools that we use: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday
