• Deep understanding of recruiting industry and market trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills; build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Metrics-driven; use data to improve hiring efficiency.
• Proficiency with ATS/HR tech: Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday.
