🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
- 2 years as Reagent Technician/Associate or Clinical Lab/Research Associate.
- 2 years in a high-complexity lab environment.
- 2 years with molecular biology techniques (PCR, DNA sequencing).
- 1 year analyzing issues affecting reagent manufacturing/qualification.
- 1 year with laboratory automation platforms.
- Must complete competency-based interview.
