Develop and execute inspection processes for airline-level safety in advanced aircraft manufacturing.
Create inspection plans from drawings; expertise in UT of composite materials.
Develop and write NDT procedures for UT and ET inspections to ensure structural integrity.
Perform bond line inspections using UT, ET, and PT on metallic components.
Coordinate MRB for nonconformances; advise on NCRs; supplier assessments; travel up to 10%.
Coach and train inspectors on techniques and criteria to meet aerospace standards.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science Eng.
48 months experience with aerospace structures, aircraft systems, First Article Inspection, and NDT.
NAS 410/SNT-TC-1A NDT Level II (UT, ET, PT).
Travel up to 10%.
Experience coordinating with MRB and NCR processes.
