• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Own program governance: SteerCo, reporting, risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or operations programs in a hands-on delivery role.
• Strong technical background; able to engage deeply with tech teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience owning governance, SteerCos, and executive reporting end-to-end.
• Strong people leadership and team management experience.
• Track record of leading complex initiatives with full accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Banking domain experience, wealth/advisory domain experience, and familiarity with BlackRock platforms.
