🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years project leadership in cross-functional environments.
- 8+ years hands-on experience in a key software development lifecycle role.
- 8+ years launching products and writing software specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, RUP; preferably Scrum Master.
- Ability to translate non-technical features into structured use cases and requirements; lead cross-functional teams.
