🎯 Requirements

Experience leading a production/manufacturing team (12+ employees).
6+ months hands-on filling and packaging in regulated environments.
Clear communication; strong attention to detail and organization.
Follow production plans; adapt to changing priorities; meet daily goals.
Mechanical mindset to operate, maintain, troubleshoot filling/packaging equipment.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
