- Train and coach team to follow SOPs and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production schedules.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience leading/mentoring a production team (12+ staff).
- 6+ months hands-on filling/packaging in regulated environments.
- Clear communication; strong attention to detail.
- Follow production plans and meet daily output goals.
- Mechanical mindset to operate, maintain, troubleshoot packaging equipment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
