- Lead the Production Control team in achieving goals and adherence across multiple workcenters

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of production, inventory, and system data across ERP/MES/WMS

🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or related field
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing/production
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster safety and operational excellence
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of improving processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing waste
- Strong computer literacy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
