- Ensure team meets or exceeds productivity and quality goals
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years of CNC mills/lathes experience (G-code, setup, operation, or programming)
- 3+ years working in production machining cells
- 3+ years leading a machine shop team (preferred)
- 5+ years of 5-axis mill setup experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of horizontal mill setup experience (preferred)
