📋 Description

• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities.
• Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs—set new patterns for large customers.
• Embed across squads as the senior US product partner—carry weight and input.
• Convert regulatory changes, customer feedback, and competitive moves into product implications.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions on the roadmap for enterprise deals/renewals.
• Own product integrity for US enterprise surface; identify root causes and fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS with broad horizontal scope.
• Deep US market fluency for shift-based businesses.
• Enterprise product experience at scale—multi-location, multi-thousand-headcount customers.
• Genuine technical depth—read API docs, sketch data flow, idempotency, reconciliation.
• Enterprise-facing experience—running calls with execs, procurement, security reviews.
• Production AI/ML experience—OCR ingestion, classification, human-in-the-loop.
