🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in PM/Engineering/Consulting with senior IC in regulated payments.
- End-to-end ownership of money-movement/settlement surfaces across rails.
- Experience navigating US payments regs: NACHA, Fed, FINRA/SEC rules, AML/BSA.
- Proven ability to manage multi-workstream roadmaps; ship in parallel.
- Mentor peers; raise quality bar; lead in cross-functional forums.
- Strong written and verbal communication; partner-facing and regulator-facing.
- SQL and BI data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Finance or equivalent.
