🎯 Requirements

- Strong systems thinking and ability to reason through complex logic and tradeoffs.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science to ship backend or platform improvements.
- Proven ability to prioritize across initiatives with clear business judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Comfort with ambiguity and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
