Own and evolve product-led growth across onboarding, retention, engagement
Define and drive a roadmap for activation, adoption, long-term retention
Align stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Engineering
Lead and coach 1–2 Product Managers on growth initiatives
Partner with Data teams to identify friction points and insights
Design, run, and evaluate experiments to validate growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Strong PLG experience across the full product lifecycle
Track record of improving onboarding, activation, engagement, retention
Hands-on experience running A/B tests and analysing outcomes
High data fluency with metrics and insights to inform decisions
Strong communication skills across audiences
Experience leading and developing Product Managers
