- Experience building internal-facing enterprise AI systems or platforms; systems thinking and adoption curves.
- Experience managing product backlogs, defects, and enhancement roadmaps for enterprise apps.
- Strong prioritization and ability to influence without authority across stakeholders.
- Hands-on with AI tooling: evaluate platforms, configure agents, troubleshoot; no-code/low-code (Workato) a plus.
