🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in product management/engineering with senior crypto exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or finance (or equivalent).
- Proven ownership of regulated crypto products at scale (borrow/lend, custody, tokenization).
- Direct experience with US crypto regulations (NY DFS, SEC, FinCEN, FINRA).
- Track record turning partnerships from idea to launch and growth.
- AI-native PM workflow; AI is part of your daily stack.
