- Customer data or martech domain experience.
- Familiarity with CDPs, identity resolution, ETL/reverse ETL.
- Ability to set a vision and write clear requirements; evaluate tradeoffs.
- Experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences; mentor PMs.
