🎯 Requirements

5+ years solving complex fintech problems in startups
Strong experience with B2B clients or external partners
Demonstrated commercial acumen: pricing, margins, unit economics
High technical fluency: APIs, data models, system constraints
UK car finance experience valuable but not required
Pragmatic, ownership-driven, able to navigate ambiguity
