Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Clinical Experience product area; own strategy and roadmap for data and EHR integration.
• Map patient data flows across systems; identify brittle integrations; write specs.
• Align engineering, clinical ops, and leadership around a coherent data strategy.
• Own the EHR integration roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and execute from spec to production.
• Manage enterprise clinical workflows across the product lifecycle; monitor adoption and performance.
• Evaluate AI and agentic frameworks with focus on safety, reliability, and architecture discipline.
• Partner with clinical operations to reflect clinician workflows; drive cross-functional alignment during change.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in healthcare technology product management; 4+ years in clinical data/EHR roles
• Ownership of an interoperability or clinical data strategy that shipped
• Hands-on EHR experience from product or integration side
• Knowledge of FHIR R4 and HL7 v2/v3; able to engage engineers directly
• Experience managing enterprise clinical tooling decisions affecting workflows at scale
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments without a playbook
