- Deep Salesforce expertise: flows, validation, custom objects; automation; Admin/App Builder certs preferred.
- Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, CPQ; Q2C, CLM, Entitlement; SaaS models.
- Experience owning multi-quarter roadmaps and communicating to executives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
