📋 Description

• Partner with teams to design high-impact opportunities across the customer journey
• Lead UX strategy and design for growth initiatives including onboarding and retention

• Move from concept to production-ready designs with rapid iterations

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in product design, UX strategy, or experience design
• Proven experience on a Product Growth team, ideally in B2B SaaS with growth methods including A/B testing, funnel optimization, experimentation frameworks, retention design, and monetization flows
• A portfolio with exceptional craft and measurable growth impact
• Strong Figma skills and experience with design systems
• Strong UX skills and ability to synthesize user feedback
• Strong ideation and prototyping; turn ideas into tangible concepts quickly
