π― Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in product design, UX strategy, or experience design
- Proven experience on a Product Growth team, ideally in B2B SaaS with growth methods including A/B testing, funnel optimization, experimentation frameworks, retention design, and monetization flows
- A portfolio with exceptional craft and measurable growth impact
- Strong Figma skills and experience with design systems
- Strong UX skills and ability to synthesize user feedback
- Strong ideation and prototyping; turn ideas into tangible concepts quickly
