🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in fintech or scaled consumer products
• Proven track record shipping high-impact features for large audiences
• Strong portfolio showing problem-solving and systems thinking
• Experience launching new products or major features from early stages through iteration
• Deep expertise in mobile-first design
• Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows; actively pursuing AI design tools
