🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of product design with leadership.
• End-to-end design: research through high-fidelity.
• Research planning, conducting, and synthesis.
• Systems thinking; scalable design systems; Agile/Scrum.
• Mentorship experience guiding designers and teams.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design; tools: Figma, Confluence, Notion.
