🎯 Requirements

• 8-15+ years of UX design experience in business software.
• BS/BA in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong systems thinking; multi-step workflow design.
• Proficient with Figma; Jira; Pendo.
• Excellent communication and advocacy for user experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads and mentoring designers.
