Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead foundational product design within core product area; shape workflows across squads.
• Design high-quality, intuitive experiences that simplify complexity and maintain consistency.
• Use design to shape product priorities, scope, and strategic decisions beyond execution.
• Actively explore and integrate AI tools to work smarter, faster, and with more insight.
• Mentor designers through clear feedback, strong craft and design rationale that sharpens judgment.
• Work in tight partnership with product manager and engineering to plan, prioritize, and ship.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience at senior or lead level.
• Strong mobile and web design experience, preferably SaaS, with complex user personas.
• Proven ability to lead high-impact design work in ambiguous or foundational product areas, not just feature execution.
• Deep expertise in UX, systems thinking, and workflow design, with coherence across complex product ecosystems.
• Demonstrated track record of raising design quality and mentoring a growing team.
• Strong ability to balance long-term product vision with rapid, iterative execution that drives learning while maintaining product cohesion.
