🎯 Requirements

Extensive in-house product design experience with PMs and engineers.
Experience line-managing or coaching designers.
Confidence with AI prototyping tools; Figma Make.
Competence with standard design tools and understanding of AI models.
Experience at rapidly scaling startups.
AI training experience or data science background (even better if you have).
