🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in live events/production; experience managing 3-10 direct reports.
- Proven vendor negotiations and production budgeting experience.
- Experience securing permits and Health & Safety compliance.
- Fabrication and show element design: costume, lighting, sound.
- Curious, fast learner; able to push boundaries and adapt quickly.
- Strong communication and hands-on collaboration with stakeholders.
