Lead/assist bucking, trimming, grading, sifting, grinding, hand trim, and vault inventory.
Escalate quality issues to Processing Supervisor.
Maintain daily performance log, monitor KPIs and time metrics.
Ensure all functions meet quality and compliance standards.
Monitor Dry Rooms, Vault/Cure Room, and Trim spaces for temp/humidity.
Enter harvest data into METRC and production planner.

🎯 Requirements

Lead or people management experience preferred.
At least 1 year in food production or similar manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.
Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
