Lead Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Own lifecycle of CapEx projects from layout to handover.
• Lead Battery/HVPS or EDU processes (stator, gearbox, EOL testing).
• Bridge design to high-volume manufacturing with Agile lines.
• Tackle continuous improvement to hit production targets.
• Manage vendors and stakeholders to keep capacity on track.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years in EV or aerospace manufacturing with Battery/HVPS or EDU knowledge.
• CapEx ownership of $10M+ projects—from equipment spec to handover.
• Lead and mentor multi-level engineering teams.
• Automation: NX/AutoCAD; PLCs; robotics.
• Operational rigor: GD&T, SPC, DMAIC/8D/5 Whys.
