- 10+ years PMO, program mgmt, or transformation leadership
- Strong banking or financial services experience
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale transformation portfolios
- Deep understanding of regulatory, risk and governance frameworks
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/MSP preferred
