Lead long-term reviews on supply/demand growth; collaborate with BI on data solutions.
Run ongoing reviews and implement optimization initiatives (promotions/engagement).
Manage online platform budget to maximise ROI of campaigns.
Collaborate with city teams and other departments to meet objectives.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Operations or analytical role; startup exp preferred
Experience analyzing and presenting findings from large data sets
Proven project management with multiple stakeholders
Work well with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
Strong English written and verbal communication
Indian market knowledge; fluency in an Indian language is a plus
Team management experience is a plus
Candidates with less experience may be Senior Associate, Platform Growth & Operations
