Lead Physician - Virtual Health Assessment

📋 Description

• Perform preventive care screenings via virtual visits (phone & video).
• Supervise APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care remotely.
• Lead the Virtual Health Assessment program and clinical growth.
• Outreach members with chronic conditions for risk assessment.
• Identify opportunities to improve access to care with licensed providers.
• Provide clinical escalation and collaboration with Operations and Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in IM or FM.
• Licensed in TN and FL (full license, not telehealth); willing to obtain additional licenses.
• 5+ years outpatient primary care; 1+ year telehealth.
• 1+ year supervising teams of clinical staff; regulatory supervision of NPs and PAs.
• Experience with value-based care documentation standards.
