Provide legendary care to hospital patients with a full suite of medication management services.
Work with hospital clinicians to serve patients face-to-face and by phone.
Educate prospective patients on how the hospital improves their overall care.
Support outpatient retail and specialty prescriptions.
Grow the specialty pharmacy patient population.
Keep patients on track with regimens and outbound adherence calls.

🎯 Requirements

Must be state-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT preferred but not required.
2 years of pharmacy tech experience required; 3-5 preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required; commit to licensure within timeframe.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proficient with MS Excel/Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team in a clinical setting.
Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease, or oncology a plus.
