Define and lead performance engineering strategy across cloud-native platforms.
Lead, train, and coordinate a distributed SDET guild across feature teams.
Design scalable backend performance frameworks for APIs, databases, and infra.
Implement and manage production traffic replay and test data generation.
Own performance testing: load, stress, endurance, and chaos engineering.
Validate real-time systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) under prod-like loads.

🎯 Requirements

Proven leadership coordinating QA/SDET across large distributed teams.
Strong AWS experience (EC2, ECS, RDS, API Gateway) for scalability.
Expertise with k6, JMeter, or Gatling for large-scale tests.
Hands-on with production traffic shadowing/replay (GoReplay).
Deep experience with distributed systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and microservices.
Proficient in Python, Java, or TypeScript for perf tooling.
