🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, Analytics, HR Tech, or related roles.
  • Proven experience owning or scaling an HRIS and broader HR tech stack.
  • Strong data skills with Tableau, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience overseeing employee lifecycle and compliance.
  • Deep comfort partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Exceptional ability to tell a story with data and influence senior leaders.
