- Proven experience owning or scaling an HRIS and broader HR tech stack.
- Strong data skills with Tableau, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience overseeing employee lifecycle and compliance.
- Deep comfort partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Exceptional ability to tell a story with data and influence senior leaders.
