🎯 Requirements

7+ years engineering or data engineering; 2+ years delivering AI/LLM outcomes.
Proven ability to set technical direction and build 0→1 systems.
Python, SQL, and modern APIs.
LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
LangChain and LangGraph.
Experience integrating with HRIS/ATS; handling sensitive data; responsible AI.
