  • Strong HR practices knowledge, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trust without formal authority.
  • Strategic mindset; comfortable in a matrixed, cross-regional structure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience coordinating or overseeing a team of HR partners without direct management.
