- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trust without formal authority.
- Strategic mindset; comfortable in a matrixed, cross-regional structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience coordinating or overseeing a team of HR partners without direct management.
