Lead Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead payroll operations across UK and Ireland, France, Germany, Singapore, Australia.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to the International Senior Payroll Specialist.
• Partner with Global Payroll Manager to set priorities, improve workflows, and deliver consistently.
• Own end-to-end payroll processing for UK and Ireland; oversee France, Germany, Singapore, Australia via CloudPay and in-country vendors.
• Manage and validate payroll inputs in Workday; ensure data integrity from hire to pay.
• Ensure full compliance with local payroll legislation, tax law, and statutory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of payroll experience; 3+ years in multi-country/global payroll.
• Deep expertise in UK and/or Ireland payroll.
• Hands-on payroll in at least two of: France, Germany, Singapore, Australia.
• Experience guiding payroll teammates (informal leadership).
• Proven reconciliations, payroll controls, and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM; CloudPay; Excel or Google Sheets; automation/AI usage.
