📋 Description

  • Lead and scale agency & strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Define and execute the partnerships strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build and manage high-value relationships with key agency partners
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new partners within the Shopify ecosystem
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives and demand generation with partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
  • Track, analyse, and optimise partner performance and ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development
  • Experience in the eCommerce / SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a remote/startup environment
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members
