Lead Partner Success Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead partner success across implementation, readiness, and ongoing product adoption.
• Own advanced technical expertise; lead escalated troubleshooting; set standards; enable deployment, configuration, and optimization of the platform at scale.
• Drive partner enablement programs; mentor Implementation Engineers; guide Partner Success Managers and TAMs; contribute to governance and technical leadership across the partner ecosystem.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex technical implementation projects for partner customers, including advanced configuration, integrations, deployment architecture, and onboarding strategies.
• Ensure partners understand scalable deployment models, technical best practices, and long-term operational success; enforce implementation standards.
• Guide handoff from implementation to steady-state support by defining readiness criteria and ensuring a smooth transition for partners and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or related technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong expertise diagnosing and resolving complex issues across integrations, APIs, configuration, and deployment environments; ability to drive systemic fixes.
• Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams, often without direct authority.
• Ability to travel up to 20% regionally; some international travel may be necessary.
• Experience partnering with channel or reseller organizations; experience in global SaaS organizations or professional services is a plus.
