🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated lead/people management experience preferred
- 2-3 years hands-on factory/manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS is a plus
- Must be 21+ and comply with regulations
- Ability to work around plant material exposure
