• Executing tasks assigned by Management.
• Detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products per direction.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve goals.
• Collecting samples and performing tests for quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year hands-on factory/manufacturing experience; 2-3 years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience training, leading and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.
• Ability to measure, package, and label precisely.
