📋 Description

• Lead and motivate the packaging team through tasks.
• Operate and troubleshoot packaging automation equipment.
• Measure, package, and label products per management.
• Maintain sanitary work environment and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with product standards and quality checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead or people management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in factory/manufacturing env.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS apps is a plus.
• Ability to work around plant material exposure in manufacturing.
