Lead Order Fulfillment Agent

📋 Description

• Track all orders in seed-to-sale and internal portal.
• Report to Order Fulfillment Manager and escalate issues.
• Monitor incoming/outgoing orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a role model for production staff.
• Coordinate with inventory and stakeholders as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year hands-on factory/production experience.
• 2-3 years preferred in similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulatory exposure.
• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
